Neil Rankin, Chef Owner of temper Soho and temper City,is one of the UK’s leading barbecue chefs. From Pitt Cue Co in Soho to the Smokehouse in Islington and Chiswick, Neil has long been a creative force on the London restaurant and barbeque scene. Neil’s restaurants are built around the process of tempering, and animals are bought whole and butchered nose to tail on site, which helps ensure minimal wastage. His first restaurant, temper Soho, which opened in 2016, won Best Newcomer at the OFM Awards 2017.
